Returns & Exchanges
If you have an issue with your product or the product is faulty please contact us. We got you!
- Please contact us via help@paullie.com with your order details and confirmation number to start your return/refund. All return/refund requests must be made within 30 days from receipt of order.
- Approved returned products will be refunded, however postage is non-refundable nor will it be covered by Paullie.
- The refund will be made to the original form of payment and cannot be amended.
CHANGE OF MIND RETURN
We do not accept product returns for change of mind. This is to ensure fair and consistent handling of all return requests.
FAULTY / DAMAGED ITEM
If the item you have received is faulty or damaged, please email help@paullie.com with a photo/video and a detailed description of the product fault.
INCORRECT ITEM/S RECEIVED
If you have received an item that you have not ordered, please email our help@paullie.com within 3 days of receiving your order with a photo of the product/s you have received.Please do not open or dispose of the item/s until we have been in contact with you.
ALLERGY RETURN*
If you believe you have had an allergic reaction to a product, please email help@paullie.com and discontinue use/pop your product aside for now. Team Paullie will assist you on what to do from here.
*Any Allergy returns must be less than 20% used upon arrival back with us.
